Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Lark and Berry pieces come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
