At Lark and Berry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Lark and Berry jewelry box and secure them within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
